We opened Hop Tung Vietnamese Chinese Restaurant to share food from our Chinese and Vietnamese roots. Our journey began with family recipes passed down over time. We wanted a place where both cultures could come together on one menu. Today, we serve our community from 4108 North 10th Street Suite 200 in McAllen, TX with pride and care.

Our menu is built on simple, trusted dishes from both traditions. We serve Chinese stir-fries, Vietnamese noodle soups, rolls, and pan-Asian meals like Pad Thai. Each dish reflects the way we learned to cook at home. By combining these styles, we give our guests more choice while staying true to our background.
